  Great day and well appointed. The outer food and drink shop's well placed for refreshments. The shuttle could be timed to be back for the main show as we had a disabled person who struggled to make it back in time. The BIG disappointment was when we decided to get an ice cream from the shop in the main food court, Ethan was the person that served us. We noticed that while serving Ethan had gloves on which is great but though out his service of handling money and food with the same gloves on. When asked to change the gloves before serving us this is when Ethan got very annoyed with us including throwing the old gloves before putting new gloves on and then was about to take our order when we suggested that the gloves would need to be change again before handling the food. His body language and face expressions where disgusting. The portions we received where a half the size compared to the customer's that where served before us. This disappointed all 4 of us and put a dampening on our day at your zoo.

  We love coming to Australia Zoo. We liked it so much we bought annual passes and have been here bout 5 times in the last 4 months. The customer service here is amaze-balls. Staff are helpful and approachable. The enclosures are clean and tidy, good opportunities to interact with some animals. So much to see, def need to visit multiple times to enjoy it all. The gift shop has a good range, good souvenirs and/or gifts options as the items are well made - unlike most other aussie souvenir shops. The lunch options at the cafeteria can be a bit disappointing - consider bringing a packed lunch and picnic on the grounds.
